Kale Salad
- 2 Bunches of Fresh Kale, sliced into thin strips
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Broccoli
- 1/2 Cup of Chopped Califlower
- 1 Cup of Sliced Red Cabbage
- 2 Chopped Roma Tomatoes
- 1/2 Pound of Cooked Breast (leftover from Thanksgiving)
- 1/4 Cup of Green Olives
- 1/4 Cup Thousand Island Dressing
- Optional: Sliced Jalapenos
